微创经皮肾穿刺钬激光碎石取石术治疗孤立肾结石的围术期护理

摘    要:目的 探讨微创经皮肾穿刺输尿管镜下钬激光碎石、取石术治疗孤立肾结石的效果及护理.方法 总结本科采取微创经皮肾穿刺输尿管镜下钬激光碎石、取石治疗孤立肾结石60例的临床护理效果.结果 全部患者充分术前准备,术中取石顺利,肾功能恢复快,住院时间8~20d,平均9d.结论 采用微创经皮肾输尿管镜下钬激光碎石、取石术治疗孤立肾结石,创伤少、痛苦小、出血少,缩短患者的住院时间,可最大限度保护肾脏功能,故安全成功率高于传统手术.

Abstract:Objective To investigate the effects and perioperative nursing of minimally invasive percutaneous nephrolithotomy with holmium laser for treating solitary renal stone.Methods To summarize the nursing effects in total 60 cases of solitary renal stone treated by minimally invasively percutaneous nephrolithotomy with holmium laser in our hospital from February 2008 to December 2010.Results All the patients received sufficient preoperative preparation,successful surgery,careful postoperative nursing and quick recovery of renal function with short hospitalization time(8-20 d,mean 9 d).Conclusion Minimally invasively percutaneous nephrolithotomy with holmium laser for treating solitary renal stone has advantages of less invasion and hemorrhage,little suffering,short hospitalization time and maximum protection of renal function,and its security and success rate are superior to traditional operation.
