糖尿病患者自我管理现状调查分析

目的 分析糖尿病患者自我管理现状.方法 用糖尿病管理评定量表(DCP)和糖尿病知识测试问卷(DKT)量表,对300例糖尿病住院患者的随机问卷调查表进行评分比较.结果 (1)不同年龄组进行糖化血红蛋白比较,P＜0.05,差异有统计学意义；(2)不同文化程度糖尿病知识评分比较,P＞0.05,差异无统计学意义；(3)病程越短糖化血红蛋白控制越好,血压、血脂的正常率越高；(4)接受过糖尿病教育与未接受过糖尿病教育者糖化血红蛋白比较,P＜0.05,差异有统计学意义.结论 加强糖尿病患者的自我管理和医护人员加强对糖尿病患者的教育,有利于控制血糖和提高糖尿病患者生活质量.

Investigation and analysis on diabetics self management

Objective To analyze the status quo of diabetics self management.Methods The diabetes management rating scale(DCP) and diabetes mellitus knowledge test questionnaire(DKT) were adopted to perform the evaluation and comparison on the random questionnaire tables in 300 inpatients with diabetes mellitus(DM).Results(1)The comparison of saccharification hemoglobin among different age groups showed statistical difference(P<0.05).(2)The comparison of diabetic knowledge scores among different cultural levels showed no statistical differences(P>0.05).(3)In the influence of the disease course on blood pressure and blood lipid,shorter the disease course and better control saccharification hemoglobin level,higher the normal rate of blood pressure and blood lipid.(4)The saccharification hemoglobin level showed statistical difference between the patients with diabetic education and without diabetic education(P<0.05).Conclusion Strengthening the self management in diabetics and medical staff′ s education to diabetics is conducive to control blood sugar and increase the quality of life in diabetics.
