动态心电图检出短阵室性心动过速的临床意义

目的：分析判断短阵室性心动过速的心电图学特征及其临床意义。方法：应用24小时动态心电图检出短阵室性心动过速患者52例。并对其心电图资料进行回顾性分析。结果：52例均为窦性心律，其检出短阵室性心动过速657阵，其中24小时内发生1阵室速21例，2～10阵17例，10阵以上14例。结论：对24小时动态心电图检出短阵室性心动过速，应结合病史临床表现进行全面分析，充分认识其高危因素，并能客观评价其预后。

Clinical value of dynamic electrocardiogram in the detection of burst ventricular tachycardia

Objective:To analyse and judge the clinical charateritics of electrocardiogram(ECG) of burst ventricular tachycardia,so as to understand its clinical significance.Methods:The clinical data in 52 patients with burst ventricular tachycardia detected by 24-hour dynamic electrocardiogram were analysed retrospectively.Results:All 52 cases were sinus rhythm.657 bursts of ventricular tachycardia were detected,one of which occurred within 24 hours in 21 cases,2 to 10 bursts in 17 cases and 10 bursts or more in 14 cases.Conclusion:Combined with the case history and clinical manifestations,the burst ventricular tachycardia detected by dynamic electrocardiogram should be analysed comprehensively,so as to understand the risk factors fully,and will be able to evaluate their prognosis objectively.
