小组心理干预对住院抑郁症患者抑郁、焦虑情绪的影响

目的：探讨小组心理干预对住院抑郁症患者抑郁、焦虑情绪的影响。方法将2012年1~12月在重庆三峡中心医院平湖分院心身康复科住院的80例符合中国精神障碍分类与诊断标准第3版（CCMD-3）且伴有焦虑症状的住院抑郁症患者分为对照组和干预组各40例，对照组患者给予常规治疗护理，干预组患者在常规治疗护理基础上进行小组心理干预，干预5个月后对两组患者进行汉密尔顿抑郁量表（HAMD）、汉密尔顿焦虑量表（HAMA）评分比较。结果两组干预后HAMD和HAMA评分均低于干预前，差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01），干预组进行小组心理干预后HAMD和HAMA评分均显著低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。结论小组心理干预能明显改善抑郁症患者焦虑情绪，巩固药物治疗效果。

Influence of group psychological intervention on hospitalized patients with dysthymia disorders in depression and anxiety

Objective To investigate the effect of group psychological intervention on hospitalized patients with dys-thymia disorders indepression and anxiety. Methods A total of 80 inpatients with dysthymia disorders associated with anxiety from January to December of 2012 ,who met the criterion of Chinese Classification and Diagnosis of Mental Diseases-3rd edition （CCMD-3）,were divided into the control group and the intervention group,40 cases in each group. The patients in the control group received routine nursing care and the patients in the intervention group received extra systematic group psychological inter-vention on the basis of control group. Hamilton′s Deprssion Scale（HAMD） and Hamilton′s Deprssion Anxiety（HAMA） were used to evaluate the clinical effect between the two groups after 5-month intervention. Results The scores of HAMD and HAMA after intervention were significantly lower than those before intervention in both groups （P〈0.01）. The scores of HAMD and HAMA after intervention in the intervention group were lower than those in the control group with statistically significant difference （P〈0.01）. Conclusion The group psychological nursing intervention can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients with dys-thymia disorders associated with anxiety,and enhance therapeutic effect of patients.
