摘    要:目的 探讨3.0T高场磁共振动态增强联合钼靶检查诊断隐匿性乳腺癌的准确性及影像学征象.方法 对32例经术前病理检查证实而临床未触及肿块的患者分别进行磁共振动态增强扫描及钼靶摄影检查.结果 磁共振动态增强联合钼靶检查诊断隐匿性乳腺癌的准确性达96.9%,高于单项检查,且影像学征象更加丰富.结论 在临床难以检出的隐匿性乳腺癌中,利用高场磁共振动态增强联合钼靶检查的方法能够显著提高检出率,且具备较高的准确性,可对隐匿性乳腺癌的早期诊治提供影像学帮助.

Abstract:Objective To explore the diagnostic accuracy and the imaging characteristics of occult breast cancer by dynamic-contrast MRI united with digital mammography.Methods 32 cases of pathologically confirmed occult breast cancer but touched no lump mass underwent 3.0T dynamic-contrast MR scan and digital mammography check before operation.Results In 32 cases,the overall diagnostic accuracy of occult breast cancer by dynamic-contrast MRI united with digital mammography was 96.9%,higher than that by the single examination,and had the more plentiful imaging characteristics.Conclusion In difficultly detected occult breast cancer,the dynamic-contrast MRI united with digital mammography can significantly increase the diagnostic accuracy with higher accuracy and can provide the imageological help for the early diagnosis and treat of occult breast cancer.
