摘    要:本文报道大鼠经气管染毒4.66mg/kg氰戊菊酯后,不同时间BALF与血清免疫生化反应。4h时,BALA中LDH、MDH、Tpr、ALb、IgA、IgG和IgM含量均显著升高,血清仅IgM升高,而TPr和ALb显著下降。这些反应的达峰时间一般在34~96h。4~1:d,各参数值渐恢复至正常水平。结果提示,4.66mg/kg氰戊菊酯可诱导急性肺损伤,抑制或破坏肝细胞的蛋白质合成功能。

Abstract:Rats were sacrificed at 4 h, 1, 4, 7, 10, 14 and 21 d after exposure to fenvalerate ( Fen ) by a single intratracheal instillation at a dose of 4.66 mg/kg. Seven proteins were identified in bron-choalveolar lavage fluid ( BALF ) and serum-albumin ( Alb ), immunoglobulin A, G, M(IgA, IgG, IgM), lactate dehydrogenase ( LDH ), malate dehydrogenase ( MDH ) and total protein ( TPr) using dhast System and FPLC System as well as the methods of enzymatic analysis. Following 4 h of exposure, the test results revealed that the exposure rats differed from the control by exhibiting significantly elevated LDH, MDH,Alb, IgA, IgG, IgM and TPr levels ( p<0.01-p<0.05) in BALF and IgM in serum ( p<0.05 ), but declined TPr and Alb in serum ( p<0.05 ) . The responses reached their peak about 24-96 h after exposure. The parameter values returned to the normal levels about 4-14 d later. These data suggest that 4.66 mg/kg Fen could induce the acute lung damage and suppress the liver function of the synthesis protein, and that Alb, IgM, LDH and MDH in BALF and TPr and Ald in serum could act as early and sensitive indicators for the purpose of evaluating the acute lung damage and liver injury, respectively.
