摘    要:目的:探讨医院管理干部工作满意度状况的影响因素。方法:分层整群抽样抽取302名医院管理干部,利用洛克工作满意度量表(JSS)进行工作满意度状况问卷调查,用主成分分析法和多元逐步回归分析医院管理干部工作满意度的影响因素。结果:JSS量表的9个因子进行主成分分析的结果,Kaisex Meyer Olkin(KMO)测度值为0.883,Bartlett球形检验的χ2值为936.665,达到显著性。9个因子可以抽取出一个共同因子,解释总变异量为72.69%。多元回归分析医院管理干部工作满意度状况的影响因素为:学历水平、职务的状况和领导综合素质水平。结论:①JSS量表的9个因子适合进行主成分分析,且最后抽取出的一个共同因子可以代表9个因子情况;②加强综合素质的培养可有效提高工作满意度,高学历和基层管理人员的工作需求状况应给予特别关注。

Analysis on Influential Factors on Job Satisfaction in Hospital Administrators
Abstract:Objective:To explore the influential factors on job satisfaction in hospital administrators.Methods: Total number of 302 hospital administrators were selected randomly as the subjects.All subjects were investigated by Job Satisfaction Survey(JSS).the status of job satisfaction of these subjects was analyzed by principle component analysis and multi variable regression.Results: Only one main factor was found in the nine factors in the JSS.The following factors were influential factors for job satisfaction status of the hospital administrator: education,duty and leading capacity.Conclusion: 1.The nine factors of JSS are suitable for principal component analysis,and the common factor extracted at last can represent the status of nine factors.2.Strengthening leaders' comprehensive ability will effectively improve their job satisfaction.Administrators with high degree and primary position need to be pay attention.
