| 摘 要： | 本文随访了1978年至1981年四年住院心衰病人133例,采用Cox横型进行生存分析。结果表明心衰病人五年生存率为58.5％;与预后有显著关系的因素是病因为肺心病、室早、心功级别、对治疗的反应性。还建立了本病预后的Cox回归模型。

| Abstract: | prognosis of 133 CHF patients in our hospital from 1978 to 1981 was ana- lyseb with Cox regression model. It was 58.5％; Fact ors relateb to the prognosis were cor pulmonale as a cause, ventricular premature beats, NYHA funct ional classifcation and response to routine tratment. The Cox regress- ion model of CHF was established. |
