中西医结合治疗脑血栓的临床疗效观察

目的:研究中西医结合治疗脑血栓的临床疗效。方法:取某院脑血栓患者114例为研究对象,随机分为研究组(中西医结合治疗)与对照组(西医治疗)各57例,比较神经功能、血清炎性因子与临床疗效。结果:两组治疗前神经功能无差异(P>0.05);治疗后研究组神经功能较对照组低,血清炎性因子较对照组低,临床疗效较对照组高,具统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:对脑血栓患者采用中西医结合治疗能促进神经功能早期恢复,降低血清炎性因子水平,提高临床疗效,安全性高,值得借鉴。

Observation on the Clinical Effect of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine in the Treatment of Cerebral Thrombosis

Objective:To study the clinical efficacy of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of cerebral thrombosis.Methods:114 patients with cerebral thrombosis in a hospital were randomly divided into study group(integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment)and control group(western medicine treatment),with 57 cases each,to compare nerve function,serum inflammatory factors and clinical efficacy.Results:There was no difference in neurological function between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the neurological function of the study group was lower than that of the control group,the serum inflammatory factors were lower than that of the control group,and the clinical efficacy was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05)(with statistical difference).Conclusion:The combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of cerebral thrombosis patients can promote the early recovery of neurological function,reduce the level of serum inflammatory factors,improve the clinical efficacy,with high safety,and is worthy of reference.
