超声引导介入治疗卵巢子宫内膜异位囊肿的疗效分析

目的:分析超声引导介入治疗卵巢子宫内膜异位囊肿,探讨其临床疗效。方法:选用某院2017年12月~2018年12月期间治疗的60例卵巢子宫内膜异位囊肿患者进行研究,按治疗方法分为两组,对照组30例给予保守治疗(腹腔镜卵巢囊肿剥除术),观察组30例给予超声引导介入治疗,比较两组患者的卵巢功能、疗效等情况。结果:两组患者在术前的卵巢功能各项指标比较并无差异(P>0.05);术后1个月、6个月,两组各项指标水平均有明显变化,观察组改善情况更佳,比较有差异(P<0.05);治疗有效率比较,观察组为96.67%,明显高于对照组的86.67%(P<0.05)。结论:卵巢子宫内膜异位囊肿采用超声引导介入治疗,具有创伤小、出血少、恢复快、复发率低、并发症少等优势,值得临床推广使用。

Analysis of Therapeutic Effect of Ultrasound-Guided Interventional Therapy for Ovarian Endometriotic Cyst

Objective:To analyze the ultrasound-guided interventional treatment of ovarian endometriotic cyst,and to explore its clinical efficacy.Methods:60 patients with ovarian endometriotic cyst treated in a hospital from December 2017 to December 2018 were selected for research.According to the treatment method,they were divided into two groups,the control group(30 cases)received conservative treatment(laparoscopic ovarian cyst stripping),and the observation group(30 cases)received ultrasound-guided interventional treatment.The ovarian function and curative effect of the two groups were compared.Results:There was no difference in preoperative ovarian function between the two groups(P>0.05).One month and six months after the operation,the levels of various indexes in the two groups have obvious changes,and the improvement in the observation group is better,with significant difference(P<0.05).The effective rate of treatment was 96.67%in the observation group,which was significantly higher than 86.67%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Ultrasound-guided interventional therapy for ovarian endometriotic cyst has the advantages of less trauma,less bleeding,quicker recovery,lower recurrence rate,less complications,which is worthy of clinical application.
