甘草酸药理作用及机制的研究进展

摘    要:甘草是我国著名的传统中药,通经脉,利血气,清热解毒,具有降血脂、抗癌、抗干扰素诱生剂及增强细胞免疫调节等多种药理活性。现代药理学研究表明,甘草酸是甘草中的主要活性成分,具有显著的肾上腺皮质激素样作用,可用于人体抗衰老、抗炎、降压、增强肌体免疫力、提高生理机能、抑制癌细胞生长等,临床上的应用表明了确实的疗效。对甘草酸丰富的药理作用及机制研究进行了综述。

Abstract:Radix of Glycyrrhizae is an important natural medicinal plant with diverse clinical use in China. Modem pharmacological studies have demonstrated that glyeyrrhizic acid, the main component inside the radix of Glyeyrrhizae, is associated with the bioaetivities of antitumor, antivirus, antioxidation, antiserum, etc. Also, its effects on the cardiocirculatory and immunological regulation system have been identified clinically for a long time. The article summarized the recent-year progress of the study on the pharmacological activities and mechanisms of glycyrrhizic acid.
