| 摘 要： | 目的:应用灰色关联分析进行中医临床信息分析。方法:根据293例肝炎肝硬化中医临床数据和灰色关联分析方法计算中医证候与脉象、6种脉象与15种舌象之间的灰色关联度值。结果:发现脉弦与肝炎肝硬化证型变化关联性最大(γ=0.8549)、脉儒与舌色淡白的关联性最大(γ=0.9331)。结论:应用灰色关联分析方法,可以定量地描述中医临床症状、体征之间的内在关联特性,能够为下一步深入展开相关疾病研究提供参考。
