祛瘀清热颗粒的吸湿性研究及数据分析

摘    要:目的:筛选祛瘀清热颗粒的适宜辅料配方。方法:采用在恒温25℃,相对湿度为75%的条件下,以微晶纤维素、淀粉、乳糖和糊精为辅料进行单一辅料与复合辅料制粒,测定颗粒剂的吸湿百分率,考察不同辅料的吸湿性并制作吸湿曲线,采用EXCEL和Origin7.5软件进行数据分析和曲线拟合,得到二项式回归方程并分析得出直观表征吸湿能力的特性参数:吸湿加速度和平衡吸湿率。结果:祛瘀清热颗粒的最适宜辅料配方为:浸膏∶乳糖∶糊精=15∶12∶13。结论:采用Origin7.5软件对吸湿曲线进行曲线拟合,可以得到拟合度较高的二项式回归曲线,分析得出的特性参数——吸湿加速度和平衡吸湿率可作为祛瘀清热颗粒对不同辅料抗吸湿性规律的考察指标,可为祛瘀清热颗粒寻找适宜的辅料提供实验依据和理论支持。

Abstract:Objective.. To optimize the formula of Quyuqingre granules with different excipients. Methods: Under the temperature of 25℃ and relative humidity of 75 %, microcrystalline cellulose, starch, lactose and dextrin as the single and composite excipients were used for granulation, respectively. Then rate of moisture absorption moisture absorption curves of different accessories were analyzed by EXCEL and OriginT. 5for curve fitting, deriving binomial regression equations and an intuitive characterization of moisture absorption capacity parameters: acceleration and balance moisture absorption rate. Results: It's appropriate that proportion of extract.lactose and dextrin was I5 : 12 : 13. Conehtsion: By Origin7.5 for curve fitting, you could get binomial fit regression curve with a high degree, which provided a better experimental basis and theoretical support for summarizing the moisture absorption laws of Quyuqingre granules and sereaching for appropriate production auxiliary materials.
