活血复健汤治疗脑卒中疗效及对患者神经功能与血清相关指标的影响

目的:研究活血复健汤的作用机理及其在缺血性脑卒中(CIS)治疗中的应用价值。方法:将某院收治的56例CIS患者随机分为X组和X+H组各28例,分别行单纯西药治疗、西药+活血复健汤治疗。于两组患者治疗前后,采用美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表对患者的神经功能进行评价,评价临床干预有效率,并检测血清hs-CRP、IL-6、TNF-α。结果:X+H组患者美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表评分要比X组低(P<0.05),X+H组患者临床干预有效率为92.86%,高于X组的75%(P<0.05);X+H组患者血清hs-CRP、IL-6、TNF-α均低于X组(P<0.05)。结论:在常规西药治疗的基础上联合活血复健汤治疗能进一步提高治疗效果,改善神经功能及机体炎症反应。

Study of theTherapeutic Effect of Huoxue Fujian Decoction in the Treatment of Cerebral Apoplexy and Its Effect on Neurological Function and Serum Related Indexes

Objective:To study the mechanism of Huoxue Fujian decoction and its application value in the treatment of ischemic stroke(CIS).Methods:56 patients with CIS in a hospital were randomly divided into group X and group X+H,with 28 cases in each group.They were treated with simple western medicine and western medicine+Huoxue Fujian decoction respectively.Before and after treatment,the neurological function of the two groups was evaluated by the Stroke Scale of the National Institutes of Health,the effective rate of clinical intervention was evaluated,and the serum hs-CRP,IL-6 and TNF-αwere detected.Results:The score of NIH Stroke Scale in group X+H was lower than that in group X(P<0.05).The effective rate of clinical intervention in group X+H was 92.86%,which was higher than 75%in group X(P<0.05);Serum hs-CRP,IL-6 and TNF-αin group X+H were lower than those in group X(P<0.05).Conclusion:On the basis of routine western medicine treatment,combined with Huoxue Fujian decoction can further improve the therapeutic effect,and improve nerve function and inflammatory reaction.
