| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨用超声波提取斑蝥素的最佳工艺.方法:正交试验法考察氢氧化钠溶液浓度、超声波功率、超声时间对提取率的影响.结果:0.125 mol·L-1氢氧化钠溶液作溶剂,600 KHz超声波提取斑蝥素40 min(25 15)可获得与煎煮法相当提取率(P＞0.05).结论:该超声波提取工艺可行.

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE To study ultrasonic extraction for catharidin.METHODS The concentration of NaOH solution used as solvent was selected using orthogonal method, the extracti on was conducted with 600 kHz for 40min(25+15),the result was compared with that of reflux method.RESULTS The ultrasonic method was comparative to the reflux method (P> 0.05).CONCLUSION This Technology is practicable for catharidin extraction. |
