| 摘 要： | 本实验应用系数倍率法测定双黄连粉针与５种输液及青霉素配伍时黄芩苷、绿原酸、连翘苷的含量，并考察ｐＨ值变化。实验结果表明双黄连粉针可与其中４种输液配伍，亦可与青霉素配伍，不宜与含钾盐的复方葡萄糖注射液配伍。

| Abstract: | Signal multiplier spectrophotometry was used for the determination of baicalin, clorogenic acid, phillyrin and pH variation when shuanghuanglian with 5 kinds of intravenous solution and penicillin injection was mixed. The results showed that shuanghuanglian with 4 kinds of intravenous solution and penicillin injection was compatible, however this injection with the other intravenous solution that included chloride patassium was not compatible. |
