喘舒片联合布地奈德与沙丁胺醇治疗支气管哮喘急性发作患儿症状的影响

目的：探讨喘舒片联合布地奈德与沙丁胺醇治疗对支气管哮喘急性发作患儿症状改善、全身炎症反应及肺功能的影响。方法：将2015年8月-2017年9月期间收治的支气管哮喘急性发作患儿100例依据随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组，2组均给予常规对症支持治疗，在此之上，对照组患儿接受布地奈德与沙丁胺醇方案治疗，观察组患儿另外给予喘舒片治疗，均治疗4周。比较治疗前后患儿的日间症状积分、夜间症状积分、炎症指标、肺功能指标水平及药物不良反应发生情况。结果：治疗前2组患儿日间症状积分、夜间症状积分、CRP、TNF-α、IL-6、PEF、FVC及FEV1水平差异无显著性（P>0.05）；治疗后，观察组日间症状积分、夜间症状积分、CRP、TNF-α及IL-6水平均显著低于对照组（P<0.05）；观察组PEF、FVC及FEV1水平显著高于对照组，差异有显著性（P<0.05）；2组药物不良反应发生差异无显著性（χ²=0.154，P=0.695）。结论：喘舒片联合布地奈德与沙丁胺醇治疗支气管哮喘急性发作可有效改善患儿症状和肺功能，减轻全身炎症反应，不良反应少，具有一定临床价值。

Effects of Chuanshupian combined with budesonide and salbutamol on symptoms in children with acute bronchial asthma

OBJECTIVE To explore the effect of Chuanshupian combined with budesonide and salbutamol on the improvement of symptoms, systemic inflammatory response and lung function in children with acute bronchial asthma. METHODS Totally 100 children with acute asthma from August 2015 to September 2017 in our hospital were randomly divided into control group and observation group. All patients were given conventional symptomatic treatment. Patients were additionally treated with budesonide combined with salbutamol in the control group, with Chuanshupian combined with budesonide in the observation group. All treatment lasted for 4 weeks. The day symptom score, night symptom score, inflammation index, lung function index and adverse drug reaction before and after treatment were compared in and between groups. RESULTS There was no significant difference in levels of day and night symptom scores, CRP, TNF-α, IL-6, PEF, FVC or FEV1 before treatment in both groups (P>0.05). After treatment, the levels of day symptom score, night symptom score, CRP, TNF-α and IL-6 in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group (P<0.05), and the levels of PEF, FVC and FEV1 in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group (P<0.05). And there was no significant difference in the adverse drug reactions between two groups (χ²=0.154, P=0.695). CONCLUSION Chuanshupian combined with budesonide or salbutamol in the treatment of acute episode of bronchial asthma can effectively improve symptom scores, reduce systemic inflammatory response and have fewer adverse reactions, which has a certain clinical value.
