奥希替尼致不良反应文献分析

目的：分析奥希替尼所致不良反应（ADRs）发生情况及临床特点，为临床安全用药提供参考。方法：检索Web of Science、PubMed、维普数据库、中国知网数据库和万方数据库关于奥希替尼不良反应的文献并进行分析。结果：奥希替尼致ADRs的个案报道共13例次；其年龄分布以61~80岁年龄段较多（8例，61.5%）；多发生在用药后的90 d内（10例，76.9%）；奥希替尼致ADRs累计系统-器官主要以呼吸系统损害为主（9例，69.2%）；ADRs好转后，9例（69.2%）再次给予奥希替尼治疗，均未观测到ADRs再次发生。结论：临床使用奥希替尼时应加强用药监测，警惕不良反应的发生，同时应慎重评估再次给药后的治疗风险。

Literature analysis of adverse drug reactions induced by osimertinib

OBJECTIVE To analyze the situation and clinical characteristics of adverse drug reactions(ADRs) induced by osimertinib in order to provide references for rational drug use.METHODS Web of Science, PubMed, VIP, CNKI and Wangfang databases were searched for ADRs induced by osimertinib, and collected literatures were further analyzed statistically.RESULTS Thirteen ADRs were indentified and included. Patients of 61 to 80 years showed the highest incidence(n=8, 61.5%). ADRs of osimertinib frequently occurred within 90 days after medication(n=10, 76.9%). Osimertinib induced ADRs were mainly respiratory system damage(n=9, 69.2%). osimertinib was rechallenged in 9 patients after the adverse reaction improved, no adverse reactions were observed again.CONCLUSION Physicians and pharmacists should pay more attentions to the safety monitoring of osimertinib during medication, be alert on the occurrence of ADRs and assessment of the risk of treatment after readministration.
