| 摘 要： | 目的：同时监测老年患者静脉血、指血及唾液样品中茶碱的浓度，并考察其相关性。方法：同时采集患者口服茶碱缓释片达稳态后的静脉血、指血及唾液样品并应用改进的RP－HPLC法测定茶碱浓度。结果：患者静脉血、指血及静脉血、唾兴样品中茶碱浓度的相关性好（ =0．9021,=0．8845），经统计学分析，均呈极显著性相关（P＜0．01）。结论：应用RP－HPLC法进行茶碱血浓度监测时，可用指血或唾液代替静血样品，更有利于在临床上广泛展开茶碱血药浓度监测。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE To monitor the concentration of theophylline simultaneously in venous blood, finger blood and salivary samples of old patients.METHODS With improved reversed phase high performance liquid chromatography(RP HPLC).RESULTS There were good correlation between concentrations of venous blood, finger blood and salivary samples.CONCLUSIONS Finger blood and salivary samples can be used instead of venous blood. |
