基于加权TOPSIS法的硫酸多黏菌素B药物利用评价

摘    要:目的: 基于加权优劣解距离法(TOPSIS)对注射用硫酸多黏菌素B的临床使用进行评价,为其合理应用提供参考依据。方法: 以注射用硫酸多黏菌素B的药品说明书为基础,参照多黏菌素B相关专家共识等,建立基于加权TOPSIS法的硫酸多黏菌素B药物利用评价细则,以此为依据,对中山市人民医院2018年1月—2020年12月期间77例住院患者硫酸多黏菌素B的使用情况进行评价。结果: 评价的77份病历中,与最优方案相对接近程度(Ci)介于80%~90%的31例(占比40.2%),介于70%~80%的27例(占比35.1%),介于60%~70%的17例(占比22.1%),Ci在50%~60%的2例(占比2.60%)。结论: 通过基于加权TOPSIS法的硫酸多黏菌素B药物利用评价,可以发现多黏菌素B使用存在的问题,药学部门后续可进行针对性药学干预,促进其合理使用。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To establish the detailed rules for the utilization evaluation of polymyxin B sulphas for injection, and evaluate the use of polymyxin B sulphas by using the weighted technique for order preference by similarity to ideal solution(TOPSIS) to provide reference for its clinical rational application.METHODS Based on polymyxin B sulphas for injection instructions, referring to the consensus of experts on polymyxin B, and according to the weighted TOPSIS method, the evaluation rules of polymyxin B sulphas for injection were established. Based on this, the use of polymyxin B sulphas for injection in 77 inpatients of a hospital from January 2018 to December 2020 was evaluated.RESULTS Among the 77 cases, relative proximity to the optimal scheme of 31 cases(40.2%) was between 80%-90%, that of 27 cases(35.1%) was between 70%-80%, that of 17 cases(22.1%) was between 60%-70%, and that of 2 cases(2.60%) was between 50%-60%.CONCLUSION Through the weighted TOPSIS method for polymyxin B sulphas utilization evaluation, the problems in the use of polymyxini B sulphas can be found, and pharmacy department can carry out targeted pharmaceutical interventions to promote its rational use.
