耐碳青霉烯类肺炎克雷伯菌研究热点的可视化分析

目的：对耐碳青霉烯类肺炎克雷伯菌（CRKP）国际研究热点进行可视化分析，了解其发展趋势，为合理使用抗菌药物提供参考。方法：使用CiteSpace5.7软件，以Web of Science核心数据库为数据来源，对2000-2020年发表的CRKP相关文献进行可视化分析。结果：共检索到研究文献5 291篇，发文量逐年增加，发文量最多的是美国，其次是中国和意大利，被引率最高的期刊为Antimicrobial Agents and Chemotherapy，发文量最高的作者是Bonomo RA，发文量最多的机构是浙江大学，该领域目前的研究重点为CRKP的治疗及分子机制。结论：CRKP国际关注度逐渐提高，其耐药机制的揭示和治疗方法的研究给临床治疗提供了依据，也为抗菌药物的合理使用提供了理论依据。

Visual analysis on the research hotspots in carbapenem-resistant Klebsiella pneumoniae

OBJECTIVE To analyze the hotspots and developing trends in carbapenem-resistant Klebsiella pneumoniae (CRKP) through visual analysis.METHODS The publications about CRKP published from 2000 to 2020 were retrieved from the Web of Science Core Collection. CiteSpace (5.7 ) software was used to perform the visual analysis.RESULTS A total of 5 291 research articles were retrieved, and the number of articles published was increasing year by year. The country with the most articles was the United States, followed by China and Italy. The journal with the highest citation rate was Antimicrobial Agents and Chemotherapy, and the author with the highest number of articles was Bonomo RA. The institution with the highest number of publications was Zhejiang University. The current research focus in this field was the treatment and molecular mechanisms of CRKP.CONCLUSION The international attention of CRKP is gradually increasing. The discovery of drug resistance mechanism and the study of treatment methods provide basis for clinical treatment and theoretical basis for the rational use of antibacterial drugs.
