摘    要:目的:分析丁香挥发性成分的化学组成,并比较不同产地丁香中挥发性成分组成的差异。方法:采用顶空固相微萃取 (HS-SPME)技术萃取丁香中挥发性成分,结合气相色谱/质谱(GC/MS)联用技术对丁香的挥发性成分进行定性、定量分析。结果:5个不同产地的丁香药材挥发性成分中含量最高的成分为丁香酚,其次为石竹烯、α-葎草烯;不同产地丁香挥发性成分中共有成分为α-蒎烯、丁香酚、石竹烯、α-葎草烯和δ-杜松烯。结论:运用HS-SPME-GC-MS能够快速获取丁香的挥发性成分的化学组成信息,不同产地丁香中挥发性成分中丁香酚和石竹烯两者的含量之和存在较大差异,研究结果可为丁香的质量评价提供参考依据。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To compare volatile components between Eugenia caryophyllata Thunb. from different habitats by analyzing chemical compositions.METHODS Volatile constituents were extracted with HS-SPME, with their quality and quantify analyzed by GC/MS.RESULTS Analysis of volatile constituents of Eugenia caryophyllata Thunb from 5 different habitats showed that, eugenol had the highest content, followed by caryophyllene, α-humulusene. The common volatile constituents from different habitats were eugenol, caryophyllene, α-humulusene, α-pinene and δ-cadinene.CONCLUSION The compositions of volatile constituents from Eugenia caryophyllata Thunb can be confirmed quickly by using HS-SPME-GC-MS. The contents of eugenol and caryophyllene are significantly different in Eugenia caryophyllata from different habitats, and the research results can provide reference for quality evaluation.
