| 摘 要： | 目的:优选金牛咽炎胶囊的提取工艺。方法:以浸膏率、绿原酸转移率为综合指标,采用L9(34)正交试验,以乙醇体积分数、加醇量、提取时间、提取次数为考察因素。对提取工艺条件进行优选。结果:最佳提取工艺条件为70%乙醇8倍量,回流提取3次,每次1 h。结论:优选的提取工艺条件稳定可行。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE To optimize extraction process of Jinniu pharyngitis capsules.METHODS With extracting rate and content of chlorogenic acid as indexes, ethanol concentration, amount of solvent, extraction duration and extraction times as investigation factors, conditions for extraction process were optimized by using orthogonal experiment. RESULTS Optimum extraction process conditions: eight volumes of 70% ethanol and reflux extracting for 3 times with 1 hour for each time. CONCLUSION This optimized extraction technology is stable and feasible. |
