黄连-左氧氟沙星联合用药对多重耐药大肠埃希菌的体外抗菌活性研究

摘    要:目的: 研究左氧氟沙星与黄连中成分联合用药对多重耐药大肠埃希菌的体外抑制作用。方法: 选择从临床标本中检出的多重耐药大肠埃希菌,分别测定黄连提取物、盐酸小檗碱、盐酸巴马汀及左氧氟沙星对多重耐药大肠埃希菌最小抑菌浓度(MIC),采用微量肉汤棋盘稀释法分别测定黄连提取物、盐酸小檗碱、盐酸巴马汀与左氧氟沙星的体外联合抑菌作用。结果: 实验结果表明黄连提取物、盐酸小檗碱、盐酸巴马汀与左氧氟沙星联合用药后对大部分耐药菌(90.9%)均表现为协同或相加作用,其中盐酸巴马汀与左氧氟沙星的联合应用最有效。结论: 盐酸巴马汀、盐酸小檗碱或黄连提取物分别与左氧氟沙星联合对多重耐药大肠埃希菌都有较好的体外抗菌作用,临床应用价值高,值得进一步研究。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To observe the antibacterial effects of levofloxacin combined with the extract of Coptis chinensis,berberine hydrochloride or palmatine hydrochloride against multiple drug resistant (MDR) Escherichia coli (E. coli) in vitro. METHODS Multiple drug resistant E. coli were examined in clinical specimens.The minimum inhibitory concentrations (MIC) were determined for the extract of Coptis chinensis,berberine hydrochloride,palmatine hydrochloride and levofloxacin on MDR E. coli firstly,then the sterilizing effects of levofloxacin combined with other three Coptis chinensis extracts were observed by broth microdilution checkerboard method.RESULTS The inhibitory effects were enhanced in a synergistic or additive pattern on most of the MDR E.coli in vitro when levofloxacin was combined with the extract of Coptis chinensis,berberine hydrochloride or palmatine hydrochloride,and the most effective was levofloxacin combined with palmatine hydrochloride.CONCLUSION Levofloxacin combined with palmatine hydrochloride,berberine hydrochloride or palmatine hydrochloride has preferable antibacterial activities,and the combination shows significant effects against MDR E.coli and is worthy to be further researched.
