摘    要:目的建立不同虫龄米缟螟幼虫所产三叶虫茶的HPLC指纹图谱。方法采用HPLC法,色谱条件:Sinochrom ODS-BP柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm);流动相:乙腈-1%醋酸水溶液,梯度洗脱;流速为1.0mL·min^-1;检测波长为285nm;柱温为40℃。结果通过检测6批次三叶虫茶,建立其HPLC指纹图谱,共标定了26个共有指纹峰,并且比较了其中的白杨素苷和白杨素的含量。结论所用方法稳定、重复性好,可用于三叶虫茶的质量控制。

Abstract:Objective To develop an HPLC fingerprint of Sanye Chongcha produced by different ages of Aglossa Dimidiata. Methods HPLC was used. Chromatogram column was Sinoehrom ODS-BP (250mm×4.6mm, 5 btm); the mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-water containing 1% acetic acid with gradient elution; the flow rate was 1.0 mL· min^-1. The detection wavelengh was 285 nm and column temperature was 40℃. Results After detecting 6 different batches of Sanye Chongcha, an HPLC fingerprint of Chongeha was developed with 26 common peaks simultaneously and the content of chrysin-glucoside and chrysin was compared. Conclusion The method is stable and repeatable, which can be used for the quality control of Sanye Chongcha.
