| 摘 要： | 目的 建立细辛药材中马兜铃酸A的含量测定方法。方法 HPLC法测定细辛药材中马兜铃酸A的含量。采用Spherigel C18高效液相色谱柱，以甲醇-水-醋酸(60：36：4)为流动相，检测波长316nm。结果 本方法线性关系良好(r=0．9995)，平均回收率为97．7％，相对标准偏差RSD为0．50％(n=6)。结论 本方法简便，准确，回收率高，可用于细辛药材中马兜铃酸A的含量测定。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE To establish a method to determine aristolochic acid A in herba asari. METHODS The condition of HPLC was: Spherigel C18 column, mobile phase with methanol-water-acetic acid (60 : 36 : 4), UV detector at 316 nm. RESULTS The calibration curve was linear (r=0. 9995). The average recovery was 97. 7%, and the RSD was 0. 50% (72 = 6). CONCLUSIONS The method is simple, and accurate with high high recovery rate, which is suitable for the determination of aristolochic acid A in herba asari. |
