超声提取蒙药漏芦花中总皂苷工艺研究

摘    要:目的优化蒙药漏芦花中总皂苷超声提取工艺。方法超声提取漏芦花总皂苷,以漏芦花总皂苷的提取率为评价指标,先后通过单因素试验和正交试验优化皂苷提取工艺。结果最佳提取工艺条件为:超声时间15 min,温度60℃,料液比为1:40,超声功率140 W。经工艺验证试验及工艺放大试验证实,该方法稳定可行。结论超声提取法用时短,提取率高,且经济合理、重现性良好,值得进一步推广。

Abstract:Objective To optimize the ultrasonic extraction condition for total saponins from the flower of Rhaponticum uniflorum. Methods Total saponins in the flower of Rhaponticum uniflorum were extracted by ultrasonic wave. The content of total saponins was used as the standard control. The experiment was designed by single-factor test and orthogonal design to investigate the ultrasonic extraction process. Results The optimum extraction conditions were to extract at 60 ℃ for 15 min, with 1 : 40 as solvent times and 140 W ultrasonic power. The RSD of verification test was 0.32%. The RSD of scale-up test was 0.25%. Conclusion Ultrasonic wave extraction is more efficient than traditional extraction. The method is economic, reasonable and reproducible.
