摘    要:目的探讨治疗药物浓度监测危急值报告的方式和意义。方法建立治疗药物监测危急值报告制度,对出现的危急值执行报告程序,并对医护人员进行危急值相关知识以及危急值的报告和反馈流程进行培训。结果 2010~2012年共执行危急值报告66例,有41例危急值为药物中毒,占危急值报告中的62.12%;有25例危急值为常规剂量下个体差异或药物相互作用体内蓄积所造成,占危急值报告中的37.88%。这66例患者因报告及时,得到了紧急处理,受到医师和患者的好评。医护人员对危急值的知晓率逐年提高而危急值的平均处理时间逐年降低。结论危急值报告制度很好的执行,规范了危急值报告流程,提高了医护人员对危急值重要性的认识及危急值的处理效果。

Abstract:Objective To explore the value of critical value report in therapeutic drug monitoring. Methods To establish the critical value report system in therapeutic drug monitoring and train the medical staff related knowledge and the feedback process. Results From 2010 to 2012, totally 66 cases of critical values were reported, in which there were 41 cases of drug intoxication(62.12%), and 25 cases caused by individual differences and the accumulation of in vivo drug interaction with the standard dose(37.88%). All the 66 cases were reported timely and gained urgent treatment, highly praised by doctors and patients. The awareness of critical value in the medical staff increased gradually while the average time of handling critical value decreased. Conclusion The effective conduction of critical-value report system standardizes the report process and increases the awareness of the importance of critical value among medical staff.
