| 摘 要： | 目的研究葛花总黄酮最佳提取工艺，测定葛花提取物的抗氧化能力。方法采用超声波辅助萃取的方法，对溶剂浓度、溶剂用量、超声时间、温度进行了考察。用总抗氧化能力试剂盒提供的方法对提取物的抗氧化能力进行了测定。结果葛花总黄酮最佳提取工艺是乙醇浓度为70％，料液比为1：20，时间为80min，温度为80℃，总黄酮含量为5．19％．抗氧化能力（单位／毫升溶液）最多达到53左右。结论本方法采用全物理过程，无任何污染．是提取葛花黄酮类物质的有效途径。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To eraria lohata. Methods investigate the optimum extraction process and anti -oxidant activity in total flavonoids of Pu By ultrasonograph-assisted extraction, concentration of solvent, time of ultrasound and tern perature were studied. By ethanol of kit of total anti oxidant capability （T-AOC）, the anti-oxidant capability of extraction was measured. Results The best condition： the ratio of 70% ethanol to Pueraria lobata （w/v） was 1 ： 20, extracting 30 min at 80℃. the content of total flavonoids was 5.19%, and the best anti -oxidant eapability was 53. Conclusion This method is a purely physical process and has not any pollution. It is an ideal way to extract flavanone in Pueraria lobata. |
