伏天穴位贴对经生理盐水鼻腔冲洗治疗的小儿过敏性鼻炎的临床疗效

目的研究伏天穴位贴对经生理盐水鼻腔冲洗治疗的小儿过敏性鼻炎的临床疗效。方法 120例过敏性鼻炎患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组60例,两组患者均给予基础药物治疗与生理盐水鼻腔冲洗,观察组在此基础上给予伏天穴位贴,观察两组患者治疗3年后的疗效与伴随症状恢复时间。结果治疗3年后,观察组的临床症状及体征评分均低于对照组,总有效率高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组皮疹发生率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在基础药物治疗基础上给予伏天穴位贴与生理盐水鼻腔冲洗能缩短过敏性鼻炎患儿的伴随症状恢复时间,并能提高临床疗效,且不良反应少。

Clinical efficacy of acupoint herbal patching on dog days in the treatment of allergic rhinitis children treated with saline nasal irrigation

Objective To study the clinical effect of acupoint herbal patching on dog days in the treatment of allergic rhinitis children treated with saline nasal irrigation. Methods Totally 120 children who suffered from allergic rhinitis were randomly divided into observation group and control group,60 cases in each group. All the patients re-ceived basal drug therapy and nasal irrigator with saline,and observation group accepted acupoint herbal patchingon dog days additionally. The clinical efficiency and the accompanied symptoms were recorded after 3 years of treatment. Re-sults After 3 years of treatment,compared with control group,the score of symptom and sign in observation group was lower (P﹤0. 05),and the total efficiency in observation group was higher(P﹤0. 05),and the incidence of pruri-tus was also higher( P﹤0. 05). Conclusion The basal drug therapy combined with acupoint herbal patching on dog days and nasal irrigator with saline can raise the total efficacy and promote the rehabilitation in children with allergic rhinitis with few adverse reactions.
