| 摘 要： | 铜绿假单胞菌是一种革兰阴性菌,是医院感染的主要致病菌之一,具有致病力强、病死率高等特点。由于近年来抗菌药物的广泛使用,致使铜绿假单胞菌临床耐药率大幅度增长,多重耐药铜绿假单胞菌所造成的感染已成为临床治疗的热点和难点。本文对β-内酰胺类联合氟喹诺酮类抗菌药物治疗铜绿假单胞菌感染的机制进行综述。

| Abstract: | Pseudomonas aeruginosa as a Gram-negative bacteria,is the main pathogenic bacteria of nosocomial infection with the characteristics of strong pathogenicity and high fatality rate.Due to the wide use of antibacterial agents in recent years,the resistance rate to Pseudomonas aeruginosa has increased significantly.The infection caused by multiple drug-resistant Pseudomonas aeruginosa has evolved into a hot and difficult point in clinical treatment.This paper reviews the mechanism of beta lactam combined with fluoroquinolones in the treatment of infection of Pseudomonas aeruginos. |
