从肾论治慢性再生障碍性贫血57例临床观察

目的回顾性分析从肾论治中医综合疗法治疗慢性再生障碍性贫血的临床疗效。方法收集2015年3月至2016年3月辽宁中医药大学附属医院血液科慢性再生障碍性贫血57例,分为3组,肾阳虚组24例,肾阴虚组18例,肾阴阳两虚组15例。以补肾为主,辨证施治,中药汤剂与针剂同用,配合穴位贴敷及耳穴压籽,疗程均为6个月,观察患者治疗前后外周血象的变化。结果肾阳虚组、肾阴虚组、肾阴阳两虚组治疗慢性再生障碍性贫血总有效率分别为87.5%、50.0%、66.67%,肾阳虚组总有效率明显高于肾阴虚组(P<0.01);与治疗前比较,治疗6个月后,三组血红蛋白、白细胞计数、血小板计数均有不同程度的升高(P<0.05)。结论从肾论治综合疗法治疗慢性再生障碍性贫血临床疗效确切。

Clinical observation on kidney-treating therapy for chronic aplastic anemia

Objective To retrospectively analyze the clinical effect of kidney-treating therapy on chronic aplastic anemia (CAA).Methods Totally 57 patients with CAA who were treated in the department of hematology in affiliated hospital of Liaoning university of traditional Chinese medicine from March 2015 to March 2016 were collected They were divided into 3 groups,including 24 patients with kidney-yang deficiency syndrome,18 patients with kidney-yin deficiency syndrome and 15 patients with deficiency of both yin and yang of kidney syndrome.They were treated based on syndrome differentiation by kidney-treating therapy for 6 months,and the treatment included namely decoction,injections,acupoint application and ear seeds.The changes of peripheral blood were observed before and after treatment.Results The total effective rate of kidney-yang deficiency syndrome group,kidney-yin deficiency syndrome group and the deficiency of both yin and yang of kidney syndrome group was 87.5%,50.0% and 66.67%.The total effective rate of kidney-yang deficiency syndrome group was obviously higher than that of kidney-yin deficiency syndrome group(P<0.01).After treatment,WBC,Hb and Plt were increased in three groups (P<0.05).Conclusion Kidney-treating therapy has obvious clinical effect on CAA.
