| 摘 要： | 目的观察普米克令舒联合可必特雾化吸入辅助治疗儿童肺炎支原体肺炎的疗效。方法对临床确诊为支原体肺炎的患儿给予阿奇霉素静脉滴注,在此基础上,给予普米克令舒联合可必特雾化吸入辅助治疗,测量患儿用药前、治疗2周后呼气峰流速(FEV)值的变化,判断疗效。结果治疗后肺功能指标PEF值较治疗前明显改善(P<0.05)。结论在常规应用阿奇霉素治疗支原体肺炎的基础上,普米克令舒联合可必特雾化吸入可缩短病程,明显提高肺功能,可作为辅助治疗支原体肺炎的主要药物。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the effects of inhalation of pulmicort respules combined with combivent on mycoplasmal pneumonia children.Methods Children with mycoplasma pneumonia were given azithromycin intravenous infusion,with sinhalated pulmicort respules and combivent.The changes of FEV were determined by pulmonary function tester before and after treatment.Results The value of PEF significantly improved after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion On the basis of azithromycin as conventional therapy of mycoplasma pneumonia,inhalating pulmicort respules and combivent can shorten the course,improve the pulmonary function significantly,and it can be used as the main adjuvant drugs to treat mycoplasma pneumonia. |
