| 摘 要： | 目的进一步探析临床药师参与开展药学会诊工作的重要性和切入点。方法通过几个典型的病例,总结临床药师在复杂病例会诊中的工作实践经验、侧重点和思考方向。结果临床药师会诊时,可以从指导药物个体化应用、关注药物相互作用、识别药品不良反应等方面发挥作用。结论临床药师作为团队中的一员参与复杂病例会诊,可以更有效地促进安全合理用药。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the importance and entry point for clinical pharmacists to participate in consultation.Methods Based on several typical cases,we summarized the clinical pharmacists′work experience and thinking directions in consultation of complex cases.Results In consultations,clinical pharmacists could play an important role in advising individualized drug applications,paying attention to drug interactions and identifying adverse drug reactions.Conclusion The participation of clinical pharmacists in consultations can promote safe and reasonable medication more effectively. |
