苯酰甲硝唑分散片的HPLC测定

目的建立HPLC法测定苯酰甲硝唑分散片的含量。方法采用Diamond C18色谱柱(5μm,4.6 mm×150 mm),柱温为室温,流动相:乙腈-三乙胺水溶液(47∶53),流速为1 mL/min,检测波长:232 nm,以峰面积计算。结果线性范围0.051 4~0.205 6 mg/mL,平均回收率为99.9%,RSD=0.65%。结论本方法简便、快捷、灵敏,可作为苯酰甲硝唑分散片质量控制的有效方法。

Determination of benzoylmetronidazole dispersible tablets by HPLC

Objective To establish an HPLC method for the determination of benzoylmetronidazole dispersible tablets.Methods Analytical column was Diamond C18(5 μm,4.6 mm×150 mm),and the acetonitrile-Trimethylamine water solution water(47∶53) was used as the mobile phase,the flow rate was 1 mL/min,the detection wave length was 232 nm,peak area was calculated.Results The calibration curve was linear within the concentration range of 0.051 4～0.205 6 mg/mL.The average recovery was 99.9%,and RSD was 1.50%.Conclusion The method is simple,rapid and accurate,it is an effective method for quality control of Benzoylmetronidazole Dispersible Tablets.
