为了使药库管理工作更加科学化、规范化、现代化,本文依据国家有关药库管理工作的最新法规及标准,根据现代管理理论及现代物流和信息技术的特点,结合本院药库管理的工作实践,从加强药品的购进、出入库、储存、养护及质量监测与跟踪管理,及时更新药品信息与制度,完善药库信息系统,加强与相关部门的信息沟通等方面对药库管理工作进行总结与探讨,从而确保药品质量,保障药品供应并提高药品周转率,提高药库工作效率,使药库管理工作更加完善。

Practice and discussion on the management of hospital drug storehouse

To make the management of hospital drug storehouse more scientific,standardized and modern,according to the latest state regulations and standards related to the management of hospital drug storehouse,modern management theory and the characteristics of modern logistics and information technology,combined with the work practice of drug storehouse management in our hospital,the work of drug storehouse management was summarized and discussed from the following aspects respectively:to strengthen the management of the purchase,entering and out of the storehouse,storage,maintenance,quality monitoring and quality tracking of drugs,to update the drug information and system,to improve the information system of drug storehouse,to strengthen information communication with the relevant departments so as to ensure the quality and supply of drugs,improve the drug turnover rate and work efficiency of drug storehouse,and make drug storehouse management more perfect.
