| 摘 要： | 目的观察COPD合并原发性高血压对患者的影响,提高对慢性阻塞性肺疾病合并原发性高血压的认识。方法选择COPD合并原发性高血压患者80例,选择慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者60例,比较2组患者体重、身高、血常规、C反应蛋白、血气分析、凝血功能、肝肾功能、血脂、脑钠肽等变化。结果2组患者比较血脂、C反应蛋白、血气分析、脑钠肽等相关指标具有统计学差异。结论COPD合并高血压患者应积极降血压,及早行家庭氧疗及监测相关生化指标,避免病情延误及加重。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the effect of COPD and essential hypertension in patients, and increase the recognition of COPD and essential hypertension. Methods Compare the body weight,stature,CRP,thromboxane,blood gas analysis,blood-fat and BNP in 80 COPD and essential hypertension patients and 60 COPD alone patients. Results There had the statistical significance in comparing with CRP,blood gas analysis and BNP. Conclusion The COPD and essential hypertension patients should have home oxygen therapy,control hypertension and other therapy. |
