应用可吸收螺钉内固定治疗陈旧性腕舟状骨骨折骨不连

腕舟状骨骨折是常见的腕部骨折之一，不稳定腕舟骨骨折治疗后发生骨不连者高达46％～55％。应用可吸收螺钉内固定治疗腕舟骨骨折骨不连报道不多。1998年1月～2003年7月，我们应用可吸收螺钉治疗陈旧性腕舟状骨骨折骨不连13例，疗效满意。

Treatment of the nonunion old scaphoid fracture by absorbable screws internal fixation.

Objective To introduce the utilization of absorbable screw internal fixation to cure the nonunion of old scaphoid fracture.Methods From January 1998 to July 2003,13 cases of old scaphoid fracture were treated with open reduction and internal fixation with a small incision at the wrist radial-dorsal side.Results After operation,all cases were recovered.Only 2 cases occurred with restriction of wrist joint motion,and there was no obvious improvement compared with preoperative situation.These two patients felt pain occasionally in their daily life.Conclusion Absorbable screw has a better biocompatibility and its intensity is enough to keep the stability of cancellous bone to union.It also can be absorbed thoroughly so as to make for the bone repair.So absorbable screw is a kind of ideal material for the use of internal fixation.
