老年住院伤残荣誉军人心理状况研究

目的探究老年住院伤残荣誉军人的心理健康状况,为这一特殊人群心理相关性疾病的预防工作提供依据。方法对240例65～74岁常年住院的伤残荣誉老军人进行心理问卷调查,并进行统计分析。结果观察对象焦虑自评量表(SAS)平均得分(51±8)分,抑郁自评量表(SDS)平均得分(56±7)分,与全国常模比较差异有统计学意义,SCL-90症状自评量表及社会支持评定量表(SSRS)测评结果均与全国常模比较差异有统计学意义。结论老年住院伤残荣誉军人的心理健康状况较差,应引起重视。

Research on mental health of older disable soldiers

Objective To explore the mental health status of the hospitalized elderly disabled honor soldiers,and to provide a basis to further improve the prevention of mental disease in this special population.Methods Psychological questionnaires and statistical analysis were performed on 240 cases of 65~74 year-round perennial hospitalized disabled soldiers.Results The average score of the SAS of the observed subjects(51±8) and the average score of the SDS(56±7) were significantly different from those in the national norm.Compared with the national norm,there was significant difference for SCL-90 Symptom Rating Scale and the SSRS evaluation results.Conclusion The mental health status of hospitalized elderly disabled honor soldiers are poor and should be paid attention to.
