松龄血脉康抑制肺动脉高压的实验研究

为观察松龄血脉康胶囊对肺动脉高压大鼠肺动脉压的影响，取１００只健康Ｗｉｓｔａｒ大鼠，其中６０只背部注射野百合碱ｍｏｎｏｃｒｏｔａｌｉｎｅ，ＭＣＴ８０ｍｇ／ｋｇ复制出肺动脉高压模型。再将其分为两组，各３０只，其中一组以标准饲料喂养，另一组加用松龄血脉康胶囊１．５ｇ·ｋｇ－１·ｄ－１。其余４０只健康大鼠做为正常对照组，在实验当天、７天、１４天、２１天、２８天、３５天从各组中随机抽取５只行右心导管测肺动脉压。结果：注射ＭＣＴ后肺高压组２８天时达高峰，但加用松龄血脉康组上升幅度明显小于未用药组。结论：松龄血脉康有显著抑制大鼠肺动脉高压发展的作用

AN ANIMAL STUDY ON INHIBITORY EFFECT OF SONGLING XUEMAIKANG CAPSULES ON PULMONARY HYPERTENSION

To observe the inhibitory effect of Songling Xuemaikang Capsules (a Chinese herbal medicine) on pulmonary hypertension induced by monocrotaline in rats,100 Wistar rats weighing 180 g～200 g were randomly divided into three groups:①pulmonary hypertension group (PH)treated with monocrotaline(MCT)(n=30);②Songling Xuemaikang Capsules treated group (n=30);③control group treated with N.S.instead of MCT(n=40).Mean pulmonary artery pressure (MPAP),total pulmonary resistance(TPR),cardiac output(CO),and heart rate were measured on the same days,7th day,14th day,21th day,28th day,and 35th day after the day of experiment,respectively.Results showed that①in PH group,the pulmonary artery pressure increased to maximum level on the 28th day after injection of MCT,attaining to 5.83 kPa±0.22 kPa as compared with the control of 2.91 kPa±0.04 kPa (P<0 01); ②in Songling Xue mai kang Capsules group, the pulmonary artery pressure decreased to 4.51 kPa±0.22 kPa and the total pulmonary resistance(TPR)decreased from 1 483.05 IU±157 97 IU(PH group) to 637.15 IU±19.26 IU(P<0.01)。Conclusion:This study suggests that Songling Xuemaikang Capsules has definite beneficial effects in treatment of pulmonary hypertension in rats,furthermore,clinical trials need to be observed.
