海洛因依赖者脑血流动力学的变化

摘    要:本文应用经颅多普勒超声(TCD)检测90例海洛因依赖者的脑血流动力学的变化。结果表明观察组脑底动脉收缩期峰值血流速度明显高于正常对照组,差异非常显著(P<0.01);大脑中动脉、前动脉、后动脉,椎基底动脉收缩期峰值血流速度改变与海洛因滥用时间呈正相关,不同滥用期之间差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结果提示:滥用海洛因导致脑血管功能障碍

Abstract:The cerebral hemodynamics condition changes of 90 cases of heroin addicts with transcranial doppler were examined. The result showed that systolic peak velocity of bottom cerebral arteries in heroin addicts was much higher than that of the normal control group (P<0.01). Middle cerebral arteries (MCA), anterior cerebral arteries (ACA), posterius cerebral arteries(PCA), basal and vertebra arteries (B-VA),the changes of systolic peak velocity were positively related to the duration of heroin abuse.There were significant differences among the abusers with different lengths of abusing time (P<0.05). The results suggest that the increase of systolic peak velocity of the bottom cerebral arteries can be caused by heroin abuse.
