丁螺环酮对海洛因依赖者脱毒期的焦虑、心理渴求的疗效评价

目的··:探讨丁螺环酮对海洛因依赖者在脱毒期间焦虑、心理渴求的疗效和副作用。方法··:在美沙酮脱毒时随机取美沙酮联合丁螺环酮与单独美沙酮治疗各70例进行为期10d的对比观察。采用Zung 自评焦虑量表 (SAS)和自拟的心理渴求评分表每日评定一次并记录不良反应情况。结果··:美沙酮联合丁螺环酮组较单独美沙酮组焦虑、心理渴求分值明显减少 ,两者差异非常显著 (P<0.01)。丁螺环酮的不良反应有头痛、胃肠道不适、兴奋等 ,但不影响治疗。结论·· :丁螺环酮可有效地减轻海洛因依赖者在脱毒期间的焦虑情绪、心理渴求和觅药行为的程度

THE EFFICACY OF BUSPIRONE ON ANXIETY AND DRUG CRAVING OF HEROIN DEPENDENT PATIENTS DURING DETOXIFICATION

Objective:To study the efficacy of buspirone on anxiety and drug craving of heroin dependent patients during detoxification. Method: Patients on detoxification were randomly divided into two groups, Group A, 70 cases, treated with methadone and buspirone; Group B, 70 cases, treated with methadone only. All of them took a 10 day treatment and were compared. They were expertized by Zung Anxiety Self-assessment Scale(SAS)and self-designed psychological drug craving scale. Result: The degree of anxiety and craving in Group A was obviously decreased more than that in Group B (P<0.01). The adverse drug reactions of buspirone,such as headache,gastrointestinal symptoms and excitement didn't affect the therapy efficacy. Conclusion:Buspirone can reduce anxiety,craving and drug-seeking behavior in patients with heroin-dependence during detoxification.
