| 摘 要： | 目的了解丹参注射液的使用情况及丹参注射液不良反应／事件的类型及其发生率，探讨不良反应／事件发生的相关因素。方法采用病历回顾性研究方法，对322份使用丹参注射液的完整住院病历进行调查，用SPSS11．5进行统计分析。结果丹参注射液主要不良反应为皮肤及其附件损害，占46．67%；其次为神经系统损害，占20．00%；消化系统、肌肉骨骼系统损害分别占13．33；泌尿系统损害占6．67%。结论丹参注射液不良反应／事件发生率较高，临床医师在使用该药时要结合中医理论辨证施治，谨慎使用。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the use of Danshen injection and its adverse drug reation/event （ADR/ADE）, and discuss the related factors of ADR/ADE. Methods 322 Danshen injection cases collected by a hospital in Hunan Province have been studied retrospectively. Results have been ana- lyzed by SPSS（version 11.5）. Results The majority of Danshen injection ADRs are skin and append- ixes damage which account for 46.67%. The nervous system damage accounts for 20.00%. The dige- stive and skeletal musculature system damage account for 13.33% respectively. The urinary system damage accounts for 6.67%. Conclusion The incidence rate of Danshen injection ADRs/ADEs is high. Clinicians should use reasonably Danshen injection. |
