摘    要:目的 研究栀子苷的最佳超声提取条件.方法 采用响应面分析法优化栀子苷的超声提取条件,在单因素实验基础上利用BBD组合设计Box-Behnken中心组合设计拟合试验条件.结果 以栀子苷提取率为响应值进行多元二次响应回归分析,可得超声提取栀子苷的最佳工艺条件为:超声功率750.87 W、提取时间46.57 min,溶剂浓度52.06%、溶剂体积(料液比)1:64.09g·mL-1.此最优条件下栀子苷提取率预测为36.16 mg·g-1,验证值为35.49 mg·g-1,与预测值的相对误差为1.85%.结论 此最优工艺条件具有一定的实际应用价值,对工业化生产有一定的指导意义.
