摘    要:随着细菌耐药性问题的日趋严重,以及多重耐药菌感染逐渐增多,细菌耐药性日渐成为临床疾病治疗的棘手问题。中药具有多途径抑菌的优势,在抗耐药菌方面也有一定的效果,本综述对具有抗菌及增效作用的中药单体化合物及其作用机制进行总结,中药单体化合物在抑制β-内酰胺酶、抑制代谢活动相关酶、抑制外排泵、改变细胞膜通透性、抑制细菌菌膜、消除耐药质粒方面具有一定的效果,并分析了一些可以与抗生素联合作用的中药单体化合物的抗菌机制,为抗耐药菌的新药发现与机制研究提供基础及参考。

Antimicrobial and synergisicm effects of traditional Chinese medicine compounds
Abstract:With the increasing prevalence of bacterial resistance and multi-drug resistant bacteria infections, bacterial resistance has become a thorny issue in the treatment of clinical diseases. Traditional Chinese medicine has the advantage of multi-pathway bacteriostasis, and it also has certain effects on anti-resistant bacteria. This review summarizes the Traditional Chinese medicine compounds with antibacterial and synergistic effects and their mechanism of actions. The Traditional Chinese medicine compounds exert effects in several ways such as inhibiting β-lactamases, inhibiting enzymes involved in metabolic activity, inhibiting efflux pumps, changing cell membrane permeability, inhibiting biofilm formation, and eliminating drug-resistant plasmids, and we analyzed some Traditional Chinese medicine monomer compounds when combined with antibiotics.
