多黏菌素抗菌机理及耐药机制研究进展

摘    要:多黏菌素是临床治疗多重耐药的革兰阴性菌感染的最后一道防线。但随着多黏菌素在临床、畜牧业及农业上使用的逐年增加以及一些抗生素滥用情况的发生,导致其对革兰阴性菌的治疗效果相对下降,出现了多种多黏菌素耐药的革兰阴性菌。本文就多黏菌素的抗菌机理、副作用机制、对不同耐药菌的耐药机制进行综述。

Abstract:Polymyxins are the last line of defense in the treatment of multidrug resistant Gram-negative bacterial infections. However, as the use of polymyxins in medical clinics, animal husbandry, and agriculture increased year by year, and the abuse of some antibiotics, the therapeutic efficacy of polymyxins on Gram-negative bacteria was gradually reduced, and many polymyxin resistant Gram-negative isolates emerged.
