| 摘 要： | 整合子是近年来在细菌中发现的一种可移动性基因元件，通过位点特异性重组捕获并表达外源性基因盒，是导致耐药基因在细菌间水平播散的重要原因。本文就整合子的发现、结构、分类；基因盒的结构、来源；整合子对基因盒的捕获、剪切与表达；整合子与细菌耐药性的关系以及整合子的检测等方面进行综述。

| Abstract: | Integrons are mobile DNA elements that were found in bacteria rencently. By capturing exogenous gene cassettes through site-specific recombination and ensuring the expression of genes contained in gene cassettes, integrons played important roles in the horizontal dissemination of drug-resistance genes in bacteria. This paper reviewed discovery,structure and classification of integrons, structure and origins of gene cassettes, the capture,deletion and expression of gene cassettes by integrons,the relationship between integrons and drug resistance, and the detection of integrons. |
