摘    要:一株来源于江西土壤代号为SPRI-70014的放线菌发酵产物具有很强的杀草活性,本文采用溶剂萃取、硅胶柱层析及制备HPLC等手段对该菌株发酵产物的活性组分进行了活性跟踪分离,得到纯度大于98%化合物纯品,通过理化性质及波谱学分析,鉴定其结构为2-2-(3,5二甲基-2-氧-环己基)-6-氧-四氢吡喃-4-基]-乙酰胺。并用除草剂生测标准化操作法(SOP)初步评价了该化合物除草活性。

Abstract:To explore the herbicidal active component in fermentation of a soil actinomycete SPRI-70014,a compound was isolated and purified by using solvent extraction,silica gel column chromatography and preparative HPLC.The separation procedure was traced by herbicidal activity.By means of physico-chemical properties and spectral analyses,the structure of the compound was determined as: 2-2-(3,5-Dimethyl-2-oxo-cyclohexyl)-6-oxo-tetrahydro-pyran-4yl]-acetamide.The herbicidal activity of the compound was assayed by SOP method.
