SPECT在亚急性甲状腺炎诊断方面的应用

目的　探讨甲状腺动态血流显像及静态显像结合对亚甲炎的诊断价值。方法　对病理证实的15 0例亚甲炎患者进行SPECT显像。结果　 15 0例亚甲炎患者 14 1例甲状腺血流灌注正常。静态像摄99mTCO4-功能减低 134例。结论　甲状腺肿患者如甲状腺血流灌注正常而摄取 99mTCO4-减低 ,高度提示亚甲炎 ,结合血清激素测定及甲状腺吸碘率测定 ,有助于鉴别亚甲炎 (包括局限病灶 )、甲状腺癌 ,乔本氏病等

SPECT in due the diagnosis of subacute thyroid

Objectiv The thyroid dynamic imaging and 99mTCO 4 -absorbing imaging are due to the distinguishing diagnosis of subacute thyroid inflammation.Methods thyroid inflamantion who are identified by the pathophysiology.Results 141 of them are normal dynamic imaging.134 of them are declined 99 mTCO 4 - absorbing imaging.Conclusion So this phenomenon is higher concentrated on the subacute thyroid.Linked with serum hormorn level test and thyroid I 131 absorbing test it can help to distinguish the subacute thyroid inflammation.Includ the limit ones and Thyroid cancer and lymphatic cells thyroid inflammation.
