逍遥丸联合大黄蛰虫丸对慢性乙型肝炎肝纤维化的疗效观察

目的观察逍遥丸联合大黄蛰虫丸治疗慢性乙型肝炎肝纤维化的疗效。方法将90例慢性乙型肝炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各45例,两组均给予双环醇治疗,治疗组在此基础上加服逍遥丸联合大黄蛰虫丸。两组疗程均为6个月,观察患者临床表现、生化指标、肝纤维化指标和肝脾影像学变化。结果治疗后3、6个月,治疗组透明质酸、层黏连蛋白、Ⅲ型前胶原肽、Ⅳ型胶原均明显降低,与治疗前比较,差异有显著性或非常显著性意义(P<0.05,P<0.01);与对照组治疗后同时段比较,差异亦有显著性或非常显著性意义(P<0.05,P<0.01)。治疗后6个月,2组丙氨酸氨基转移酶,天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶,总胆红素改善明显,与同组治疗比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。治疗后治疗组门脉主干内径、脾静脉内径、脾脏厚度均明显缩小,与治疗前及对照组治疗比较,差异均有显著性或非常显著性意义(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论逍遥丸联合大黄蛰虫丸是治疗慢性乙型肝炎肝纤维化安全有效的药物。

Treatment for Liver Fibrosis of Chronic Hepatitis B with Xiaoyao Pill and Daihuang Zhechong Pill
